Discover
We work closely with our clients to your goals and daily risk operations. We embed ourselves in your processeses, working alongside your team to uncover the specific risks you in the crypto market.
Our team of highly skilled data analysts and engineers then gather and analyse all key information to deliver the project. At the end of this phase, we present a comprehensive report and risk model for the crypto market that helps in risk identification — handing that information over to your trading and risk management teams.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap is an intricately tangled matrix of technical and quantitative risk designed to ensure the project is completed as quickly as possible.
Each client is assigned a key account manager to keep lines of communication open and know the actual progress of the project.
Our account managers are trained to only reply to client emails after a solution has been found or to mitgate risk.

Deliver
About halfway through the Build phase, we work closely with the client to make sure the needs are being met and if there are new requirements. This allows us to manage the budget a final time before launch.
Despite largely using complex components, most of the progress on each project takes place by converting the complex components in to simple ones.
We ensure that the main risk pages of the major crypto areas are fully functional at launch — the auxiliary product will, of course, be managed and maintained.
